Morning (9:00–13:00) — Capo d'Orso
Start early with a visit to Capo d'Orso, Palau's symbolic wind-shaped rock. Short path (15 minutes), 360° view over the Maddalena archipelago.

Lunch (13:00–14:30) — Central Palau
Head back to Palau for a quick lunch. Good options: fish at the marina or tuna and bottarga sandwiches in the town centre.
Afternoon (15:00–18:00) — Porto Pollo
Move on to Porto Pollo, the most scenic beach in the area. Two twin bays, white sand, windsurf and kitesurf schools.
Sunset (19:00–20:30) — Punta Sardegna
Drive up to the Punta Sardegna lighthouse: one of the most spectacular sunsets in Gallura, with La Maddalena in front.
Evening (from 21:00) — Dinner in Palau
Dinner in Palau's old centre. Specialities to try: fregula with clams, spaghetti with sea urchins, mixed fried small fish. Find restaurants on Google Maps.
